教育目標・建学の精神

教育目標

大東文化学園における建学の精神を踏まえつつ、「剛健」の気風と「中正」の思想を合わせ持ち、何事にも「努力」を惜しまない、心身共に健康で教養の高い、誠実な平和社会の形成者を育成します。

シンボルマーク

大東文化大学第一高等学校のD文字を”鳩”（愛と平和のシンボル）と”大地”をからめてデザイン化。
シンボルの羽の部分は三つに分け「剛健」「中正」「努力」を意味しています。その先端は未来を指し、今まさに大地から飛び立つ瞬間を表現しています。

建学の精神

本校の母体である大東文化学園は、「東洋文化の研究を軸に西洋文化をとりいれ、東西の文化を融合して新しい文化の創造をめざす」ことを理念に、大正12年、千代田区九段の地に開設されました。この学園の建学の精神を踏まえ、大東文化大学第一高等学校は、大東文化大学との教育の一貫性をめざすなかで、学問・徳行に優れた有為な人材を育成し、もって国家社会に貢献することを目的として、昭和37年4月に開校しました。

Daito Bunka Gakuen was founded in 1923 in Kudan in Chiyoda-ku in Tokyo. Originally the main aim was to study Asian culture. The founders of the school tried to create a new spirit by borrowing aspects from western culture and blending them with the best of Asian culture. Daito Bunka University Dai-ichi High School was founded as a dependent school of the University in April 1962. Its purpose was to provide seven continuous years of education from high school through university. Young people receive a thorough academic education and also develop into human beings who can contribute to society.
