Why? The shrinking imperial family is good for tax. If the conservatives insist, they could somehow prolong the live of the monarchy by making hisahito's daughter an emperor. But i don't see any point in that. Besides, most of the imperial family's public services are unimportant.

And it's turned out some of them don't even know that you can actually start sentences with 'and', 'but', 'however', and 'because'.

Don't listen to your misinformed eikawa teacher. There's legit sources like Oxforddictionaries by Oxford university freely available on the internet.

The rules against starting sentences with conjunction only applies to academic writings. The reason is because such stylistic writing has emotional tone to it and thus unsuitable. It's not a grammatical mistake.

I thought people here are against special admission. I'm also against that. If hisahito took general entrance exam, Isn't that good?

Why do everyone treat it as if it was something undesirable?

Everything is turned into something negative, even preparing for entrance exam (by adding the word 'secretly'). You are also making creative speculations that based on.... nothing.
