これを見る限りタクシーは２台で分乗したのでしょうか？それなら、犯人が犯行現場からどうやって深夜に帰ったのかの謎も解けます。どう考えても、David Carter, Richard とDavid Carter , Michael というのは別人ですよね。

これを読む限り犯行現場（？）で降りたのは犯人と被害者様だけではなく、Carter , Michaelという人物が降りたことなのでしょうか？

ただし、断定できるほどのルーマニア語の細かいニュアンスまでは、私には能力がないことをお詫びします。

正直に申して、私の語学力では断定できませんが、被害者様がタクシーに乗った経緯については、日本の報道と大きな食い違いがあり、アイ・・・には説明責任があると考えます。

何かが隠されているのかも。

をコピーの上、グーグルに張り付けて、検索いただければ「被害者様がタクシーに乗った経緯」が現地、ルーマニアで報道されています。doi poliţişti というのは（ｗｉｔｈ　ｐｏｌｉｃｅｍａｎ）の意味だとおもわれます。少なくとも犯人と運転手以外に、複数の人間が関与していることが分かります。
